We have been happy to supply the County Council with both reports as we thought it would give them a better understanding of the history of this planning application and prove that this is not just a LAND OWNERSHIP ISSUE, but it seems it has not as the Officer is recommending approval without the benefits.
The Whole Community believe that this planning application should not go ahead unless Mr & Mrs Thomas fulfil their promise to the community and include the benefits.
We also believe that the County Council has an obligation to support the community in it's effort to accomplish this based on the Planning History outlined in our report above. Without this support from the community the area of land in question would not have been included in the LDP and this planning application would not be going forward at all.
